Mi Estilo Hair Beauty Barber is located on Pier Street in Altona and offers a wide range of hair, beauty and barber services. Our team of professionals is qualified to work with any type of hair or skin, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for all your family’s hair and beauty needs.

Our hair services include style cuts, coloring, foils, balayage/ombre, blow-drying, and any other type of styling. Our friendly team is also great with kids, making them comfortable with toys or videos while we provide our services.

Our barber stylists are experienced in all types of haircuts, fades, basic cuts, scissor cuts, face shaves or beards with razors, and finished with a hot towel. We also offer blackhead masks, waxing, eyebrow shaping, trimming, as well as men’s facial and head massages.

For beauty services, we offer eyebrow threading or waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and Aroma Magic Facials that are gentle and natural on the skin. We also provide makeup and hairup, saaree draping, and services for all types of events.

Mi Estilo also specializes in anti-frizz keratin treatments, chemical straightening, and perming. We offer pensioners discounts, loyalty cards, and referral discounts to provide our guests with quality services at affordable prices.

Stephen brings incredible vision and precision to every appointment—he pays attention to the smallest details and takes real pride in his craft, which always shows in the results.
When my mum recently had her first-ever salon visit, Katalina coloured her hair with such care and kindness- it was a big moment, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Karla is equally talented, bringing her own flair to the team, all of which is held together beautifully by Meenakshi’s thoughtful, hands-on leadership.
They’ve also welcomed a lovely new apprentice recently (sorry I forgot your name, hun!)- so cheerful, attentive, and eager to learn. It’s heartening to see that same level of care and energy across the entire team.

I visited Mi Estilo recently to refresh my hair colour, as I’ve started noticing quite a few greys coming through. From the moment I walked in Katalina and Meenaxi were incredibly patient, supportive, and thoughtful in helping me choose an all-over foil colour that would not only blend with my skin tone but also grow out gracefully with the greys.

Although I wasn’t completely satisfied with the colour at the end of the initial session, the team went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I came back the next day for a toner with Stephen, and the result was exactly what I was hoping for — natural and flattering.

Thank you so much for your time, care, and professionalism. I feel like I’ve finally found a salon that truly listens and works with me to get the look I want. Highly recommend!

I have recently moved to Altona and researched local salons. I appreciated Mi Estilo’s profile online and reviews. The team at the salon did not disappoint. I have a busy toddler and work full time. I haven’t been able to get to a salon in over a year. It was so rejuvenating to have a full wash, cut and blow dry. I asked about brow dyeing and shaping, and that was able to happen at the same time. I left the salon a new woman. Very happy with the result and the service from Meenaxi and the other staff was fab. I particularly enjoyed witnessing another stylist doing a very intricate hair style for a young person going off to her formal. The young person was beaming. Great salon! Looking forward to my next visit.

Karla is a brilliant colourist. She chose and blended the perfect colours for my hair and the outcome was excellent. She also cut my hair and said she would phone me the week after to make sure I was happy with the trim once I got my curls back. The atmosphere in the salon is great. Prices are also very reasonable.
I think I am settled for this salon now!
